These terms govern your access to and use of EPREL GTIN Finder (https://eprel-gtin-finder.sellerguardrails.com), "the Service", provided by us.

Your access

The Service is a free informational tool provided as-is. No account or registration is required to use it. It validates the GS1 check digit of a GTIN/EAN locally and links you to the official EU EPREL public portal (eprel.ec.europa.eu) where you read the registration status yourself. The Service does not store, copy, or interpret EPREL records, and does not constitute binding professional or legal advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or circumvent security controls;
• misrepresent a result as an official EPREL determination or a compliance certificate.

Our content

Text, datasets and design are owned by the operator of EPREL GTIN Finder (see the legal notice for service-provider identification) unless otherwise attributed. You may quote short excerpts with attribution.

Third-party links and sources

We link to third-party resources, including the EU EPREL registry, for reference. We are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

Service level and availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of the Service's outputs. Final responsibility rests with the supplier and the relevant Market Surveillance Authority.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
